It's important to remember that driving a motor vehicle is a privilege that must be taken seriously. There are specific rules that you must obey in order to keep the road safe for you and those you share the road with. Road Test Application Form
In order to schedule a road test you must complete an application form. If you lose the form we give you in class, you can download the form by clicking on the form's image to the right. Remember, you cannot schedule a road test without completing this form!
